It is in view to resolve the application submitted by the entity DAGLEX CORPORATION

relative to being authorized to become a Recruiter within the Registry of Recruiters of

Guatemalan Workers


CONSIDERING:


That in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the Migration Code "Labor Law. All

foreign persons have the right to work as established by this Code, national legislation,

current and international law."


CONSIDERING:


That in accordance with file 108-2023 the applicant DAGLEX, SOCIEDAD ANONIMA has

complied with the requirements with respect to the authorization of this Ministry established in article 7 of the Regulations for the registration of recruiters of Guatemalan workers for the provision of services or execution of works outside the territory of the Republic of Guatemala, contained in the Government Agreement 50-2022 dated February 24, 2022.


THEREFORE:


This Ministry, based on what is considered and what is established in article 194 subparagraph f) of the Political Constitution of the Republic; 22, 27 subsection m), 40 subsections g), i) and 49 of the Agency Law Executive, 274 of the Labor Code; 6 and 220 of the Migration Code; 1 and 3 of the Regulation for the registry of recruiters of Guatemalan workers for the provision of services or execution of works outside the territory of the Republic of Guatemala.


RESOLVES:


APPROVES the application submitted by the entity DAGLEX, SOCIEDAD ANONIMA to establish itself as Recruiter within the Registry of Recruiters of Guatemalan Workers for the term of 3 years from the date of this document.
