Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Psychology from the Universidad Rafael Landívar and a master’s degree in Human Resources from the Universidad del Valle in Guatemala.  Claudia obtained a Certification in Positive Leadership from the Tecmilenio University of Mexico, 2022.

Her experience includes multinational and Guatemalan firms involved in sales and food production, as well as Human Resources work in the banking, financial, and government sectors.  

 

Claudia has specialized in organizational development, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation.  She believes firmly in the process of continuous improvement focusing on the monthly measurement of a company’s efficiency. “That which one doesn’t measure, doesn’t improve.”
